the rooms are clean, good. Got the necessary supplies, change towels.

the service is outstanding, includes easy to access parking. the units are good sized and well-kept with the jacuzzi. the hotel's staff is very helpful and caring. the location is comfortable and best possible, the next subway station is about 15 minutes away.

The breakfast was excellent with chilaquiles and ham, as example, and the restaurant's offer was good. Liked the room with big jacuzzi, my bed was comfortable. Location: the hotel was so close to local shops, metro line and metrobus and monuments, stores, and restaurants and many landmarks and attractions.

We ate at a good restaurant with awesome staff. The hotel had a perfect location few metres away from Jardin del Arte Sullivan.

I really enjoyed my stay. The room was spacious and super clean. I loved chilling by the rooftop pool after a day of exploring. There are also great massage services available if you need to unwind. Just a heads up, the morning cleaning can be a bit loud, but overall, it was a lovely experience 😊

Comfortable room, clean bathroom, with air conditioning, made our stay pleasant, and the location was just a 10-minute walk from San Cosme which was very convenient for exploring.

Ideal for business travellers who need a quick stay

The staff was accommodating they let us check in early which was appreciated. The location might not be great for sightseeing but it had what we needed around the corner like a supermarket and a couple of decent taco places.

It wasn't exactly wallet-friendly but I guess you get what you pay for.

The location was the best part of my stay, with easy access to various places 🏙️ The only downside was the somewhat limited breakfast options, reminded me of it could use more variety.

I enjoyed my stay thanks to its great proximity to the Museo del Chocolate, just 500 meters away, and the Angel of Independence, about a 15-minute walk from my room. The staff were friendly, and I appreciated the clean and spacious room with a decent safe for my belongings.

The room was large, clean, and pretty comfortable overall. The mattress was hard, and I had to switch rooms halfway through. The noise from the street started early in the morning, so be prepared for that. It had decent storage for clothes and a small safe, handy. The shower and wifi worked perfectly, though, so that was a plus!
